I believe that First Merit deserves this rating for their quality products, friendly working environment, and its outstanding customer service.

Advice for prospective applicants:

Yes, show them in your application how outgoing you are. Also try to include something about how well you work in teams. I think it would also be helpful to tel the person who is applying that if they get their interview, show up early.
