OK. Some plug ins do not work properly. Locks up on occasion. Not as good as I would have expected from Google.

Honestly this was a good attempt but it was an utter failure in my book...One of the largest tossed around phrases was "The new light weight browser." In fact upon glancing at my Task Manager...if you have multiple windows open that is just not the case. I am running Vista Home Premium and the total committment charge for 10tabs was 140,000kb for Firefox and 230,000 for Google's Chrome. And no I am not stupid I did test each seperately after making sure the program had fully closed. Plus I am sure one day google will include all the plug-ins that I love as a web developer...but until then I am a firefox fanatic and will stay that way until someone figures out how to make a more light-weight browser that caters to web developers...that is my 2cents

I think the inital presentation is good and that there is potential for Chrome. I'm by no means wow'd by Chrome, but it could definitely make waves. Of course Chrome is still in beta and if this was the "final" first release I would definitely have more harsh words to say. If they can get the footprint down, incorporate features that work with Gmail, Docs, etc, and make consistent improvements then I think Chrome will be a good alternative. Additionally, Firefox and IE are the only two browsers with what I would consider good consistent development support, especially Firefox. If Google really wants this browser to catch on they really need to throw some support to Web Developers so that they will WANT to develop with Chrome in mind.

I have used it for a while and unistalled it . It has GUI similar to Opera.
I dont like the history of the websites visited on the home page it does not give you an option to edit them. It is still not stable enough it carshed on me twice during my trial.
I love the incogneto mode it is awesome.
Some of the sites which use AJAX used to run slowly in other browsers in chrome they ran like a breeze.
I am looking forward to use the full version once it is out.

i installed and tested Google Chrome when it first came out, one feature that i did like about it is the task/process manager in and for each tab. you can control everything that browser does.
